Aromara webshop


Before you begin the shopping process at our website, please read the Purchase and Use Conditions.
You do not have to register in order to shop at our webshop, but we still recommend you register. As a registered buyer, you will receive information about sales and offers, a wider choice of products and benefits.
Please pay special attention to entering a valid e-mail address, since e-mail is the main communication channel between yourself and the webshop: you shall receive important information via e-mail, such as the (un)availability of certain products in your order, offers with payment information, notifications about the status of your order, delivery time, etc. Please make sure the e-mail address you used for registration is always available, that your inbox is not full and that you can receive our notifications.
In case you have spam protection, please enter the address prodaja@aromara.com into your address book, so that our e-mails would not be automatically deleted or redirected to the SPAM folder. We are not responsible for any misunderstandings caused by your inability to receive our e-mails.

 1. Odaberite proizvode po vašoj želji,
2. Add them to your SHOPPING CART,
3. Kliknite na ”KOŠARICA” u gornjem izborniku odakle ćete moći pregledati izabrane artikle
4. Once you are finished shopping in the SHOPPING CART, click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT (under the list of your chosen items),
5. Fill in your personal and delivery data.
6. In case the delivery address differs from the address you stated in the form, please uncheck the box ''Deliver to payment address?'' in the right corner of the electronic form.
7. You will find the following options at the bottom of the screen:
Money transfer/slip payment/e-banking – this refers to the chosen method of payment to our account. Once you've finished shopping, we will process your order and send you an offer with payment information. The automatic order confirmation that the webshop application shows you once you have finished shopping does not represent the final payment data. Please wait for the offer with payment data.
Cash on delivery – this refers to cash payment to the courier upon delivery.


Delivery address

Kindly enter a delivery address where someone will be able to take over the package on working days until 16:00. You can enter a work address (in this case, write down the name of the company where you work in the box ''Notes''), a neighbour's address, etc. It is extremely important that you write down a phone number where we may reach you!
If you are not used to online shopping, you can send your order by fax to 01/3707178 or by e-mail to prodaja@aromara.com. The order must contain the name and surname of the Buyer, a delivery address, a phone/mobile number, a fax number, an e-mail address, your chosen method of delivery (courier service), your chosen method of payment (advance payment or cash on delivery); all ordered items must be listed using the correct code, name and packaging, quantity and price. Orders lacking the above information shall be considered invalid. Fax orders comply to the same purchase conditions as online orders.
